The room at Flemings Mayfair had a cozy living room, great air conditioning, and a relaxed lounge area. Its location was ideal, being close to the main attractions in a lovely area. A pleasant surprise was the nearby Hard Rock Cafe, where they offered complimentary tea and coffee.

This place is a chill spot with modern rooms and a super friendly staff that goes from the bartenders all the way to the restaurant manager. The rooms are well equipped with good plumbing and fast internet connection. 🌟

The staff at the hotel were also very friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

One aspect that I disliked was the lack of attention to detail in certain areas. Furthermore, I found that some of the staff members, especially those at breakfast, were not very attentive or proficient in English.

The staff handled the situation professionally and refunded any accidental charges promptly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered a wide selection and was delicious. I had a lovely experience at Flemings Mayfair.

This hotel is in a fantastic location to access the city centre, with the Piccadilly tube line very close by. The rooms are nice and spacious, and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is good and they offer complementary afternoon tea. The bar in the basement is a hidden gem and serves delicious cocktails.

The hotel elevator broke for several days, causing inconvenience for guests.
